Hi, my name is Evan Pollack, and I'm the co-founder and President of Swish Hoops NYC. Ever since we were little, my brother and I have been playing little league baseball. Through our little league, we were able to participate in challengers, a baseball program that allows kids with special needs to get in the game. We loved it and always thought about ways we could expand. Eventually, we came up with the idea to do the same but with basketball, and now we're here!
What do we do at swish hoops and what is it?
What do we do at swish hoops and what is it?
What do we do at swish hoops and what is it?
Swish Hoops is a basketball class/program in the financial district in New York City. We have sessions every Sunday and during those session kids get to learn new basketball drills with a buddy. Every player gets paired with at least one partner to teach them throughout the hour, and there is also a basketball coach there helping out the entire time.

Evan Pollack - PRESIDENT
Evan is the President of Swish Hoops NYC. He is a sophomore in high school and attends Fieldston Upper School. Evan's favorite sports are basketball, soccer and frisbee, and he loves going to play with his friends.
Sam snyder - head volunteer
Sam Snyder is the head volunteer at Swish Hoops. He is a sophomore at Packer, and loves basketball.
